Information
Speaking of Xinle site, it should be not far from where I live, but I have never been able to see it. Last year, in order for Mr. Jean Poonte, who is from France and has a strong interest in Chinese culture, to understand the history of Shenyang, I arranged for him to visit the Xinle site during his stay in Shenyang.
When our party came to the Xinle site, few people saw it. We bought tickets and saw several ruins. Compared with the silent monuments such as the Forbidden City, the Xinle ruins have Chinese explanations when they enter the door. After walking around, we have some understanding of the Xinle site, but Mr. Jean Bont may not know much. I can only introduce him in a few sentences in English. And took some photos in the museum.
Due to the relocation of Erhuiyi, the momentum is much smaller than that of domestic historical sites. The layout of the museum feels that it is not bright enough. There seems to be no posture of the memorial hall.
I have not been to see, this is also the current situation of Xinle Site in Shenyang people. In recent days, in order to commemorate the discovery of the Xinle site, several related articles have been published in the media, which has given me a deeper understanding of the historical role of the Xinle site. Why do people in Shenyang care not enough about their ancestors? There are certain problems with insufficient related publicity and education. I remember when I went to Singapore, where students were often organized to swim the Singapore River to let them know the history of Singapore. And our history in Shenyang, apart from chasing back to the early Qing era, what is the earliest Shenyang? People in Shenyang know too little.
Today’s activities are a good start, so that people in Shencheng pay more attention to what our ancestors looked like. As a pavilion, we must face the world so that more foreigners can understand Shenyang, understand Chinese culture, and do a good job of explanation is the top priority. Connect with the world, make a headset for simultaneous translation, and ask foreign friends who come to the exhibition hall to take it and visit again. It will have very good results.
It is said that the Xinle site will engage in archaeological excavations with mass participation. This is a good thing, and there is no precedent in China. Using this essay essay activity to find people who are concerned about the Xinle site and let them personally participate in the excavation of the site is an unusual move. I believe it will leave a very unforgettable impression on many people.
